Hang in there tashy, if I'm still alive you can be too Emotional wobblies aint fun but it does seem to give us the ability of being able to understand and be there for others in their brokeness in ways that therapists can't. Some of the most important people in my life are the very broken ones, they teach me how to embrace my own tricky bits so that they actually start to blossom rather than create havoc. And, although painful and incapacitating at times there does seem to be this link between our pain and creativity. I think we're cursed/gifted with a sensitivity that forces us to react and feel, we can't get away with not listening to ourselves or we fall to pieces. That's where art and connecting to other people, if we can bear it, comes into play. I don't know if that makes much sense... Thinking of you tashy. I hope the sun gently soothes your nerves a little today
